User Agreement

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the App immediately.

2. Service Description

The App is a free utility tool that provides features such as taking photos and saving images to your local photo library.

• The App has no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, requires no registration or login, and does not charge any fees of any kind.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities and Rules of Conduct

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App and its features (including taking and saving photos) only for lawful and legitimate personal purposes, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the App for any illegal, infringing activity (including violating others’ portrait rights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, etc.), or any activity that violates public order or good morals.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content you capture, generate, or save using the App. We do not review, control, or assume responsibility for any content created through the App.
• Device and Permissions: You understand and agree that to use all features, you may need to grant the App access permissions such as Camera and Photos/Storage. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is compatible and that your system version supports the App.

4. Disclaimer

• “As Is” Service: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability of specific features, uninterrupted service, or error-free operation.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any loss, corruption, or leakage of data (including but not limited to photos) that may occur as a result of using the App. You are advised to back up important data on your device regularly.
• Third-Party Risks: The App does not actively transmit your data to third parties. However, once you save photos to your local photo library, other parties with access to your device—or other apps you have installed with relevant permissions—may be able to access those photos. You assume these risks.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its code, user interface design, logo, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights, are owned by us. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to our intellectual property.

6. Modification and Termination

• We may update this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement becomes effective immediately upon publication within the App.
• You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.
• We may terminate services to users who violate this Agreement without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The interpretation and application of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people’s court having jurisdiction.

8. Miscellaneous

• This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
